Digital Solution looking for female HR Assistant in our organization
• Organize, compile, update staff personnel file records and documentation.
• Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
• Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.
• Maintain employee records (attendance, employee data etc.) according to policy and company requirements.
• Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues and performance management processes
• Provide counseling on policies and procedures
• Create and implement effective onboard plans Requirement
• The resource must have experience working in HR department of a well-reputed firm.
• Knowledge of job posting, headhunting, shortlisting and recruiting
minimum 1 year of experience preferably in IT industry
