Position: Technical Support Engineer

Duties And Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and prioritize customer support cases
  • Action as the primary communication between company and customers
  •  Inform and solve customer’s problems via phone, email, live chat and face-to-face meetings
  •  Action as a specialist and offers solutions for customers’ problems
  •  Work with all internal groups, including support, sales, engineering, product administration, and advising
  •  BS/BE/BSc degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
  •  Good knowledge of web Services, API and IP based protocols
  •  Visit in-person meetings with applicant to analyze, troubleshoot and diagnose hardware problems
  •  Acknowledge to customer inquiries and cooperate in troubleshooting and resolving challenges
  •  Compile complete detailed reports listing requests to technical assistance, steps taken to resolve them, and the specific dates/individuals involved
  •  Cooperate management in creating training materials connected to computer troubleshooting and usage
  •  Ability to arrange and manage several milestones and projects efficiently.
